Villa Heliconia is a beautiful new three bedroom residence, located just 150 meters down a concrete path in the heart of Penestanan, Ubud.

This villa has three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. It is magnificent, private, and located just 150 meters down a concrete path off Jalan Penetanan Kelod.

It is close to spectacular rice field walks and only 20 minutes walk (or a few minutes by taxi) to the center of Ubud. Villa Heliconia is perfectly located in Penestanan Kelod, only minutes walk away from ten different cafes, yoga and meditation centers and the ever-popular EveSpa Body Treatment Center.

The villa is surrounded by three meter high privacy walls to ensure complete privacy and security as soon as you enter the carved, antique, entrance doors. Within your private tropical paradise you are free to relax and enjoy the pool, gardens and many other facilities.

Villa Indah is spectacular. It has river valley views, privacy, tranquility and so much more. This villa has 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, a huge open plan living room, dining room and kitchen plus a 10 meter pool with a pool fence, sunbeds and a Balinese Bale beside the pool.

Villa Indah is located a leisurely stroll, 400 meters from the road, down a private walking and bike lane. (Don’t worry about your bags our staff will bring them to the villa.) The location ensures peace and privacy away from traffic noise as well as magnificent valley views. These views can be enjoyed from all living areas in the villa. There are 8 cafes and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the villa and most of these offer home delivery as well.

The pool area is fenced and located on a terrace 5 steps below the main house. This ensures that the pool area is a private area to relax and with the fencing, makes the villa safe for children.

Many of our guests like to hire motorbikes during their stay. We can help with this when you check into the villa. There is undercover bike parking at the door of the villa.

Each morning the villa caretaker will prepare a tropical fruit salad and cook eggs for your breakfast  and then service the villa, pool and garden. He will also help you with any information you may need about the delightful Ubud area.

Villa Exotica is new, spacious and spectacular. This villa has 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen plus a 12m pool, sunbeds and a Balinese Bale alongside the pool. All rooms open onto the private garden and the pool.

Villa Exotica is located in a beautiful, tranquil area 350 metres from the road down a private walking and bike lane. This ensures peace and privacy away from traffic noise. There is a second floor, roofed terrace where you can relax and view rice crops and the surrounding area.

Each morning the Villa Helper will prepare a tropical fruit salad and cook eggs for your breakfast and then service the villa, pool & garden. He will also help you with any information you may need about the delightful Ubud area.

The 12 metre pool has a removable fence that can be installed if you have children. The pool gets sun all days and so the temperature of the water is always perfect. The outdoor area is complimented by tropical gardens and lawn for children to play on.

The villa is perfect for one or 2 families and also for groups of singles.

Villa Mangga is located 100m down a lane off Jl. Penestanan Kelod. This magnificent villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. Its open-plan living, dining area and kitchen look out on to a 10m pool. It has a movable fence.

The pool area has two sun beds with an umbrella. At the other end of the pool area is a gorgeous antique Timorese Bale with day bed, perfect for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing or with a good book chosen from the extensive collection from our library.

The villa also has an automatic washing machine, should you choose to do your own laundry ( although there are numerous choices for your laundry on the main road).

Villa Mangga is 5 to 20 minutes walk from numerous great restaurants and warungs. Also within easy walking distance is a yoga centre, meditation centre and a lovely Spa. Once you step through the carved wooden entrance doors of Villa Mangga you are transported to your private and secure personal tropical paradise.

This villa is a perfect base from which to explore the quaint and interesting village of Penestanan, the shops, restaurants and night life of Ubud. Hire a driver for a day and go snorkelling off Candi Dasa or Amed. Villa Mangga is a perfect romantic getaway for couples or a comfortable home base for friends and family to share and enjoy.

Villa Damai is a newly designed 3-bedroom villa. It’s a luxurious haven for a couple or up to 6 guests. Just a stone’s throw away from rice paddies, this villa will provide the ultimate holiday experience.

The villa is built on 600m2 of land with a high wall around the extensive garden making the villa very secure and private. You can have days of decadence just sitting for hours on one of the terraces gazing upon the lush tropical gardens which are well maintained. Sit at the end of the terrace and be mesmerised looking down on the Koi/fish ponds. When you are ready for a swim, ease yourself into the 10m
pool which is just a few steps away. There is a cold water shower in the garden.

The main building is a large space with cathedral ceilings so the villa is airy and has a natural tropical ambiance. This space has an air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The TV/ DVD area and living room has a comfortable day-bed where you can curl up to watch one of the multiple channels on TV or one of the DVDs provided. There are also comfortable armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner plus wok burner cook top, large fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven. There is a formal six seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen. The windows in the living area are fly-screened and the large sliding doors at the front can be closed off
and locked to the outside world at night. I wide terrace stretches along the front on this building and a second dining table and chairs is located there.

A second building is located in the garden opposite the main building with the pool in between. This garden building houses 2 air conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and their own private terrace.

The entrance gate is also lockable. The villa has free fast unlimited WIFI access. There is a safe for your valuables. In the garden is a raised Timorese style bale (gazebo) with a daybed. This is the perfect setting for reading, relaxing, meditating or
enjoying a sundowner with friends.

Villa Damai is at the end of a cobbled path which branches off 100m down a concrete path from Jalan Raya, Penestanan Kelod, the nearby main road. The location ensures peace and privacy whilst being only a 20min walk (or a 5min taxi ride) from Ubud central. There is a diverse range of restaurants and warungs within walking distance and most will deliver food to your door for a small tip should you
wish to just kick back in the evening after a busy day. Penestanan has everything you would need without venturing very far including spas, artists studios, and galleries and there is light entertainment most evenings. (If you like late-night clubbing, however, you will need to find this in Ubud central.) There are some convenience shops the area, and a few cozy coffee venues along the rice field paths
where you can meet fellow travellers over a cappuccino.

Ari, the villa caretaker comes in daily to cook and serve you a tropical breakfast on the terrace before he cleans the villa and bale, looks after the fish pond and pool, tidies and waters the garden. He is also very willing to help you with any problems or requests you may have.
